Throughout our careers, we have had the privilege of leading cross-functional teams, developing customer-centric products, and driving business growth.
We recently collaborated with diverse teams to bring new products and services to market, delivering significant benefits to our clients. Our ability to navigate complex problems, propose innovative solutions, and guide cross-functional teams has consistently resulted in remarkable outcomes.
One of our noteworthy achievements in e-commerce was the creation of a flash sale site that involved working together with developers, operations, sales, marketing, IT, and finance teams.
We also worked closely with FedEx to develop a 3PL order management interface that streamlined order fulfillment. This collaboration proved invaluable, as we were their first 3PL customer, and our input helped optimize their systems for future clients.
Additionally, we worked with developers to design custom middleware, allowing for seamless integration between on-premise software (Fishbowl Inventory) and web-based order management software (Brandwise). This integration eliminated the need for a full-time employee and was later replaced by Synqware.
At a major credit union, our work was marked by impactful contributions, including automating business rules for ACH transactions, launching a new overdraft protection software, enabling loan borrowers to make online payments, and automating issue escalation notifications to save time and improve efficiency. We also pioneered a system to link check images, making them easily accessible within the core software.
Our development methodology at all these organizations involved Agile principles, with a focus on delivering value in each sprint. However, we adapted our approach to suit the specific needs of each project, sometimes incorporating elements of waterfall or Kanban alongside Agile practices.
Our most recent major product release involved creating a new go-to-market department at an organization (along with all of the processes and internal communications that goes along with that).
