Your site is online. Is it doing its job?
Maybe inquiries have gone quiet. Maybe updates are piling up, your phone view feels slow, or nobody can explain the numbers in your analytics. You need to know what is wrong, what matters first and who will take care of it.
We review the public website and the relevant WordPress settings together. You get a practical plan, and you can ask us to carry out the agreed work. A tune-up starts with the site you have and the problem you want solved.
Six areas we can bring into focus
Backups and maintenance
Check backup coverage, WordPress, themes and plugins. Before implementation, create and verify an offsite backup in your own Google Drive, then plan updates around the site’s dependencies.
Forms and email delivery
Review the path from submitting an inquiry to storing it and notifying the right person. Check routing, reply addresses, spam protection and available error records.
Speed and mobile usability
Look at slow pages, large images, caching and the experience on a phone. Record a baseline and recheck the affected pages after changes.
Site security and reliability
Review maintenance risks, access settings and supported protections. Prioritize practical corrections and identify issues that need your hosting provider or another specialist.
Search and local visibility
Check page titles, descriptions, indexing settings, broken links and relevant business details. Make it easier to understand what you do and where to find you.
Analytics and lead tracking
When included, review GA4 and Search Console, check what counts as an inquiry and separate test activity from useful evidence. Connect findings to the next page or offer to improve.
A clear path from concern to handover
1. Diagnose and prioritize
We agree on the questions, access and review scope. You receive findings ranked by impact, supporting evidence, and a recommendation for what to fix first.
2. Protect and improve
We confirm the implementation scope and fee, verify the backup and make the approved changes. We preserve originals and identify any decisions that need you.
3. Verify the work
We recheck the affected pages and functions. For forms, we coordinate an approved test and check the available submission and delivery evidence. We record what passed and what remains unverified.
4. Leave you with a useful report
You receive a change log, a before/after report, the backup location and a short list of remaining actions. You can hand the record to your team or discuss ongoing support.
Start with the scope your site needs
A small service-business site needs a different review from a site with a store, memberships or custom integrations. We confirm the pages, functions, access, deliverables, timing and price before starting.
Bring one problem or ask for a broader review. Larger rebuilds, migrations and specialist recovery work are scoped separately. For continuing maintenance, see ongoing website support.

Questions before you start
Does an audit change my website?
The audit reviews and recommends. We agree on implementation before making changes, and verify an offsite backup before that work starts.
Can you fix what you find?
We can scope supported WordPress content, configuration and maintenance work. Some findings need your approval, a paid license or help from a host or plugin provider. Those dependencies are part of the plan.
Will a tune-up guarantee more leads or better rankings?
No. We verify the specific functions and improvements in scope. Search performance and lead quality need observation over time, and depend on more than the website’s technical condition.
Do I need to send login details now?
No. Start with the public website address and a description of the problem. We arrange appropriate access after agreeing on the work.
