Shopify and WordPress website troubleshooting
Know the cost before you pay for another fix.
You should not have to authorize an open-ended investigation just to find out what needs attention. We agree on the question, what we will examine, the deliverable, and a fixed fee before paid work begins.
Get help with my websiteStart with a brief fit check. We agree on the scope and fee before any paid investigation begins.
A clear agreement before paid work
- A brief fit check has no charge and is not the diagnostic itself.
- The diagnostic is quoted as a fixed fee for the agreed scope.
- Scope depends on the problem, systems and sources involved, and the investigation required.
- Additional work needs separate approval before proceeding.
- Implementation is optional and quoted separately.
What affects the quote?
We consider which website and connected systems are involved, what access is available, how much evidence needs reviewing, and what testing is necessary. We then define a useful scope and written output with you before quoting the investigation.
Tell us what is happening and what you have already tried. We will explain what we propose to check and the fee for that work.
What are you paying to receive?
A written answer to the agreed question, supported by the evidence available: what was checked, what was found, what remains uncertain and which next steps deserve attention. We discuss the findings with you, and you can use them with your own team or another provider.
What happens if more investigation is needed?
We finish the agreed scope with its findings and limitations. If another question needs investigating, we explain why and propose the additional scope and fee for your approval. You decide whether to continue.
Do I have to pay for implementation too?
No. You can stop after the diagnostic and keep the findings. If you want Market Jack to make the changes, we agree on that work and its price separately.
