Ongoing website support

Your website shouldn’t need you to chase every fix.

Updates pile up. Recurring problems interrupt the business. Your host, developer, and marketing providers each handle one piece, but you are left coordinating the work.

Get ongoing website support with clear priorities, responsibilities, and communication.

Discuss ongoing support

Start by describing what keeps falling back on you. We agree on responsibilities, capacity, and the monthly fee before support begins.

Give recurring work a clear owner

When a task keeps returning, it helps to know who will follow it through. A Website & Systems Partnership defines the work Market Jack will manage and the decisions or access needed from you and your other providers.

Depending on your needs and the agreed scope, that can include website updates, recurring maintenance, troubleshooting, and coordination around connected systems. The agreement names the responsibilities covered rather than promising to manage every part of the business.

Decide what matters first

We agree on how requests are raised, how priorities are decided, and how you will hear about progress and open decisions. The scope also sets the available capacity and any response commitments.

When a new request would displace other work or exceed that capacity, we agree on the tradeoff before proceeding. You can see what is being handled and what needs a separate decision.

Separate ongoing care from a new project

Recurring updates and agreed maintenance can fit a monthly scope. A migration, rebuild, or larger change may need its own requirements, budget, and release plan.

We identify work outside the support agreement before it is added. You can then decide whether to change priorities, adjust the agreement, or request a separate project quote.

A monthly scope you can understand

Your monthly quote reflects the responsibilities, capacity, and communication commitments you need. Before support begins, we agree on what is included, what remains with you or another provider, and how additional work is approved.

Support is limited to that agreement. It does not imply unlimited requests, round-the-clock availability, or a promise that every outage can be prevented. Any emergency or response-time commitment must be stated in the agreed terms.
