Wholesale, distributor and trade stores
Shopify B2B setup and migration
Give your buyers a clear path from account approval to the right products, prices and ordering terms.
Market Jack helps you plan and build a Shopify wholesale store around the way your business sells: company accounts, customer pricing, ERP data and fulfillment.

Wholesale ordering has rules a retail store may never need
One buyer needs contract pricing. Another orders for several branches. Some orders need a purchase order number, a freight quote or approval before fulfillment. Your team still needs accurate stock and a reliable record in the ERP.
Those details shape the store. We start by documenting how accounts, products, prices and orders work today, then turn the requirements into a practical build and migration plan.
This service fits businesses moving wholesale orders out of email and spreadsheets, replacing an older trade portal, or adding B2B ordering to an existing Shopify operation.
What we can help you put in place
A store plan that fits
Compare a dedicated wholesale store with a combined retail and B2B store. Match the Shopify plan, apps and implementation scope to your actual requirements.
Accounts and approvals
Define company locations, buyer permissions and the application process. Make the experience clear for visitors, pending applicants and approved customers.
Catalogs and pricing
Map products, price groups, customer agreements, case quantities and minimums. Test what each buyer can see and order.
ERP integration
Scope data flows with NetSuite or your existing ERP. Confirm connector support for accounts, pricing, stock, orders, payments and fulfillment before relying on it.
A useful buying experience
Plan part-number search, quick ordering, quotes, payment terms and shipping options around the jobs your buyers need to finish.
Migration and launch
Prepare product and content migration, URL redirects, acceptance tests and a controlled cutover. Leave your team with operating instructions and clear ownership.
Start with decisions. Build against agreed tests.
1. Discover and scope
We review your current site and ordering process, identify open decisions, and define the work. You receive a requirements summary, proposed phases and the dependencies that affect the estimate.
2. Configure and connect
We set up the agreed Shopify experience, prepare the catalog and configure supported integrations. Requirements that need an app, vendor assistance or custom work stay visible in the scope.
3. Test with representative buyers
We check account access, pricing, order rules and the agreed ERP round trip in an appropriate test environment. Passing a connection check alone does not establish that orders flow correctly.
4. Launch and hand over
We coordinate the approved cutover, verify important URLs and ordering paths, and train your team. Post-launch support is defined as part of the engagement.
Questions before you start
Do we need Shopify Plus?
That depends on your pricing structure, payment requirements and customization. Shopify supports B2B on several plans, but direct company catalog assignments and some advanced payment features require Plus. We check the current limits against your requirements before recommending a plan.
Can our ERP remain the source of truth?
Yes, that can be the intended design. We first confirm which system owns each field and what the selected connector supports. We do not assume that every account, price or payment flows both ways.
Can customers apply while our pricing stays private?
We can scope that experience. Application access, product visibility, buyer-specific pricing and checkout permissions need separate rules and tests. Hiding a price in the theme is only one part of the work.
Can you quote from our current website?
Your website is a useful starting point. Pricing agreements, ERP mappings, approval rules and fulfillment requirements usually need discussion before a reliable implementation estimate.
